The STOP chatbot platform has been developed to provide a platform that users can interact with different AI assistant chatbots which supported by a Behaviour analysis.

The STOP chatbot platform has been developed as a web-based application that aims to provide a platform for users to interact with different AI assistant chatbots which been trained. The platform will offer users a novel to provide health information like through smartphone, supported by a Behaviour analysis approach used to understand the user’ needs better. The platform can connect different chatbots and merge them into the platform chat room interface so users can choose other chatbots from the slide bar. With the ability to integrate different chatbots, the platform gain advantages when collecting different type of user data through chatbots and more flexible when developing more AI assistant chatbots in the future. The platform was designed under microservices architecture, so the web, the data API and chatbots are deployed separately using docker container and connected each other through the internet.
